I started this blog because I felt that the truth about the Watekloof 4 trial was not available anywhere else. Our justice system failed dismally on every level and they have managed to conceal that fact very efficiently. I have made my opinion available to all and I invite people to correct with me if I am seriously mistaken. The JSC has ignored my questions with great efficiency and because I do not have the resources to legally challenge their lack of professionalism, I have decided to at least make the information available to people who might still care about the health of our judiciary. My aim is primarily to get answers to these questions and I would have no problem admitting I was wrong if these judges could explain their decisions in an understandable manner.

The allegations that I make are relatively serious and one would expect that a person in a position of influence, like a judge, would at least address the matter in a professional and honourable fashion. These legal professionals had the chance to act in an honourable fashion and they chose to ignore it. This leaves me no alternative but to believe that these judges are seriously compromised in some way and as such completely unfit for the positions they hold. We love to criticise Hlophe for his apparent indiscretions, but what if he is just a symptom of a diseased system?
